About Jorgie Inc.
Jorgie is a minister, speaker, and mentor dedicated to equipping Christian leaders through discipleship, leadership development, and Kingdom expansion, including her work with Kingdom Bridge Collective.
With a background spanning over 20 years in sales, leadership, and community engagement, Jorgie has worked with major brands like Samsung, Coca-Cola, and Microsoft and served as a leader in various faith-based and professional organizations.
Three years ago, Jorgie transitioned from business to full-time ministry, a shift that felt like a return to her original calling. Now, she thrives in a space where her spirit can fully embrace seeing others’ greatness and looking for the treasure inside.
Her calling is to help believers and emerging leaders develop spiritual discernment, leadership confidence, and a faith-driven approach to their work and calling. She has trained leaders in ministry and business settings, empowering them to build strong teams, mediate conflict, and lead with integrity.
Jorgie believes that every believer is a minister in their own right, called to serve God in their sphere of influence. She helps leaders integrate spiritual wisdom and practical strategies to make an impact in ministry, business, and community engagement.
She currently serves at Brandon Chapel as the Connection Pastor and North River Bayside Community Church as a group leader and creative team member. Jorgie is also an active mentor and speaker at faith-based conferences, leadership retreats, and women’s empowerment events. Additionally, she continues to sharpen her communication skills through Toastmasters and is currently competing in the May Toastmasters Humorous Competition.
